Step 1: You Reach Out
You can contact us through our website form, phone, direct message, or a referral from a family member or organization.
This step is simply about opening the door to support nothing more.
Step 2: Friendly Discovery Call
We schedule a short discovery call to understand your situation and explain how we work.
During this call, we:
Learn who the support is for
Discuss everyday tasks that feel challenging
Confirm we’re the right fit (non-medical home support only)
Explain visit structure and pricing clearly
There’s no obligation, just clarity and reassurance.
Step 3: Assessment & Care Setup
If we move forward, we book a more detailed assessment call (by phone or in-home).
This is where we:
Review home safety and daily routines
Set up a realistic, personalized care plan
Decide visit frequency, timing, and tasks
Confirm scheduling and billing
Answer any remaining questions
Everything is designed around comfort, dignity, and ease.
Step 4: Visits Begin
Visits start based on the plan we’ve agreed on.
Our caregivers arrive as scheduled and focus only on the tasks outlined — always with respect, consistency, and care.
You’ll always know:
Who is coming
When they’re coming
What they’re there to do
Step 5: Check-In After the First Visit
After the first visit, we check in with you.
This allows us to:
Make sure everything felt comfortable
Confirm the tasks and timing worked well
Adjust anything that needs fine-tuning
Early feedback helps us get it right.
Step 6: Ongoing Review & Plan Adjustments
Support needs can change — and we expect that.
We do a formal review:
After 6 visits, or
After 1 month (whichever comes first)
From there, we can:
Adjust visit length or frequency
Add or remove tasks
Refine routines so support continues to feel easy
